Spin Welding Machine
Spin Welding Machine is suitable for welding tube-like or round-shaped thermoplastic components made from PE, PP, PET and Nylon materials. It is widely used for dewatering joints, RO inline engine filter bowls, filters, float gauge components and similar applications. The process joins circular thermoplastic parts by rotating one component against another under pressure. The frictional heat generated during rotation melts the interface surfaces and creates a strong, permanent and hermetically sealed joint.
